Jodi Holiday, tea expert and owner of Sympathy for the Kettle in the East Village, discusses the importance of soul in designing a business. Learn about the highs and lows of running a tea salon along with sampling a variety of unusual teas that heal and comfort.                                                                                                                                                    

Over the past five years, Jodi has lectured on the history and virtues of tea; she is currently working on her first book, to be published in early 2009.
